This one-day stained glass copper foiling workshop will give a basic introduction into the techniques of how to construct a simple window hanging.  You will learn how to cut, grind, foil and then solder the glass to make a beautiful piece to hang in your home.  There will be simple patterns to choose from and a beautiful selection of glass to pick!  Numbers are limited to 4 so there is a lovely, relaxed atmosphere and the tutor has time to talk you through the process and give any individual attention.

This course is suitable for beginners, but good manual dexterity is essential. All materials are supplied but students should bring an apron, clothes suitable for a workshop and most importantly sensible shoes, no flip flops or sandals!  It would also be useful to bring sketchbooks and coloured pencils.
