THE BEST MEAL OF THE DAY!
Breakfast
Local produce is freshly prepared and cooked on the Aga, so that it’s extra yummy, then served in the Breakfast Room adjacent to the kitchen in the main house. Breakfast is usually between 8am and 9am but can be a little later at weekends.
If the Bridal Suite is used for a wedding night we are always happy to serve a ‘breakfast for 2’ in The Court Suite where the bride and groom can relax and enjoy a more chilled start to their married life.
For events such as Yoga Retreats, where there is an early start to the day, we usually provide freshly made smoothies or overnight oats with a ‘grazing’ breakfast a little later in the morning.
For B&B guests we take orders the night before so that we can have your breakfast ready for you at the right time! We offer a selection of cereals with Greek yoghurt and either compote or fresh berries followed by your choice of cooked food accompanied by juice, and bottomless tea and coffee.
Sausage, bacon, black pudding, tomatoes, mushrooms, eggs and baked beans.
To finish off your breakfast there is plenty of toast with marmalade and homemade jam.
