We are really looking forward to welcoming you to Stoodleigh Court Coach House.
We have taken measures to make sure we are Covid-19 compliant and this is a message of assurance to our guests that we will do our utmost to offer a wonderful holiday experience whilst keeping the health and safety of our guests and ourselves as a priority.
The experience may be a little different in this new sense of normal but our promise to you is that we will do all we can to ensure your time staying with us is special and relaxing. Below are some of the new plans we are putting in place.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Our check in will still be from 4pm to 9pm but will now be contact free; we will welcome you when you arrive keeping 2 metres distance. Your keys will be in your room or the front door key will be in the entrance hall. Check out is by 10am, please leave your keys either in your door or on the table in the entrance hall. Please also leave all doors and windows open.
Breakfast for B&B guests is served either in the main house or in the annexe dining room. Alternatively we can provide items for B&B guests to prepare their own breakfast in the annexe kitchen should they prefer. For our Exclusive Stay guests who stay in the Court Suite and have the facilities available to them we will provide a selection of goodies on arrival.
Those who have stayed with us before will know of our high standards of cleaning and attention to detail, however, we have implemented a stricter cleaning schedule in light of the current ongoing situation.
We will follow all necessary guidelines that are in place at the time of your stay with us.
THOSE LITTLE EXTRAS
In order to simplify the cleaning process we have had to remove a few soft furnishings and additional bedding that we would usually have in each room such as extra pillows and lighter duvet. If you require any of these items please just ask.
It is essential that you do not travel if you are unwell or demonstrating any symptoms of COVID-19.
Should you develop any symptoms during your stay we ask you to let us know and immediately head home to self-isolate.
